Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Extra Firm Tofu pressed and cubed
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • ½ cup Vegan Caesar Dressing
  • 4 pieces Tortillas large
  • ¼ cup Vegan Parmesan Cheese grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add cubed tofu and cook until golden brown.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked tofu, chopped romaine lettuce, and vegan Caesar dressing. Toss to coat.
  3. 3. Lay out tortillas and evenly distribute the tofu mixture onto each one.
  4. 4. Sprinkle with vegan Parmesan cheese, roll up the tortillas, and serve.
