Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Shredded Vegan Chicken
  • 1 cup Vegan Cheese
  • 12 pieces Corn Tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded vegan chicken, vegan cheese, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Warm the corn tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds to make them pliable.
  4. 4. Place a small amount of the mixture onto each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
  5. 5. Place the rolled taquitos on a baking sheet, seam side down.
  6. 6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
