Instructions
Mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
In another bowl, combine almond milk, soy sauce, and maple syrup.
Place panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
Dredge each vegan chicken cutlet in the flour mixture, then dip in the almond milk mixture, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the cutlets until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels.
