Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 0.5 cup Marsala wine
  • 0.5 cup coconut milk
  • 0.25 cup flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried basil
  • 0.25 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, basil, and paprika in a bowl.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add mushrooms and onions, cook until softened.
  4. Add garlic, cook for another minute.
  5. Stir in the flour mixture, cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add vegetable broth and Marsala wine, bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in coconut milk, cook until sauce thickens.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
