  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Plant-based milk
  • 4 pieces Vegan chicken cutlets
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Olive oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with plant-based milk, and one with breadcrumbs.
  2. 2. Season the vegan chicken cutlets with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Dredge each cutlet in flour, dip in plant-based milk, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. 4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the cutlets until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  7. 7. Serve hot with a side of lemon wedges or salad.
