  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 8 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 2 cups Eggless Noodles
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. 2. Add carrots, celery, and onion. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. 4. Add eggless noodles and cook according to package instructions.
