Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread whole grain
  • 1 cup Grilled Chicken shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Vegan Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Spinach fresh
  • 1 medium Tomato sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the panini press.
  2. 2. Spread vegan mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
  3. 3. Layer shredded chicken, spinach, and tomato slices on two of the bread slices.
  4. 4. Top with the remaining bread slices, mayonnaise side down.
  5. 5. Place the sandwiches in the panini press and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the bread is golden and crispy.
  6. 6. Serve hot.
