Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup vegan mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat vegan chicken cutlets in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place cutlets on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, top with marinara sauce and vegan mozzarella.
  6. Bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
