Ingredients

  • 1 unit Pizza Dough
  • ½ cup Vegan Pesto
  • 1 cup Vegan Chicken Strips
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup Vegan Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread the vegan pesto evenly over the dough.
  4. Top with vegan chicken strips, cherry tomatoes, and vegan mozzarella cheese.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the top and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
