  • 1 cup Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP) chunks
  • 2 cups Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the TVP chunks with the vegetable broth, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Let it sit for 10 minutes to rehydrate.
  3. 3. Spread the rehydrated TVP chunks on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. 4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the TVP chunks are golden and slightly crispy.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
