Instructions
In a bowl, mix mashed chickpeas, breadcrumbs, onions, bell peppers, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Form the mixture into small patties.
Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Assemble the sliders with buns, lettuce, tomato, and vegan mayo.
