Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpeas, mashed
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onions
  • ¼ cup finely chopped bell peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and vegan mayo for serving

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix mashed chickpeas, breadcrumbs, onions, bell peppers, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Assemble the sliders with buns, lettuce, tomato, and vegan mayo.
