Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 block firm tofu, cubed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and bell peppers, cook until softened.
  3. Add broccoli and snap peas, cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in garlic, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.
  5. Add tofu cubes, cook until heated through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
