Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ¼ cup vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, carrots, and mushrooms. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and vegetable broth.
  5. Pour sauce into the pan and stir well. Cook until sauce thickens.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
