Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
Add broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, carrots, and mushrooms. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and vegetable broth.
Pour sauce into the pan and stir well. Cook until sauce thickens.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
