Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add onion and bell peppers, cook until softened.
Add broccoli and snap peas, cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Stir in garlic, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.
Add tofu cubes, cook until heated through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
