Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add chickpeas, corn, tomatoes, and red onion. Cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Warm tortillas in a separate pan.
Fill tortillas with chickpea mixture.
Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
