Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken cut into pieces
  • 1 Green Papaya peeled and sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 thumbs Ginger julienned
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 bunch Chili Leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, sauté garlic, onion, and ginger until fragrant.
  2. 2. Add chicken pieces and cook until they turn white.
  3. 3. Pour in water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Add green papaya and cook until tender.
  5. 5. Season with fish sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Add chili leaves and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
