  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Plant-based milk
  • 2 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 lb Cauliflower, cut into florets

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, plant-based milk, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to make a batter.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Place coated cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden and crispy.
