Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
3. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
4. In a mixing bowl, mash chickpeas and avocado together with a fork.
5. Add lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
6. Spread the chickpea and avocado mixture on the toasted baguette slices.
7. Serve immediately.
