Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 Avocado peeled and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
  • 1 baguette French bread sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. 3. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, mash chickpeas and avocado together with a fork.
  5. 5. Add lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  6. 6. Spread the chickpea and avocado mixture on the toasted baguette slices.
  7. 7. Serve immediately.
