- 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1 avocado ripe
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
1. In a bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork until mostly smooth.
2. Add the avocado and mash together with the chickpeas.
3. Mix in the lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
