Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 2 units Avocados diced
- 1 unit Cucumber diced
- 1 unit Red Onion finely chopped
- 1 handful Cilantro chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 unit Lime juiced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, avocados, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice.
3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Toss everything gently to combine.
5. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for later.
