Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Basil chopped
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, olive oil, garlic, cherry tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, fresh basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. 3. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. 4. Top each toasted baguette slice with the chickpea mixture.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
