Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well mixed but still slightly chunky.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. 3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and heated through.
  4. 4. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
