Instructions
Mash chickpeas in a bowl.
Add onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Form mixture into patties.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook patties until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
For tahini sauce, mix tahini, lemon juice, and water until smooth.
Serve patties with tahini sauce.
