Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Tahini Sauce

  • ¼ cup Tahini
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2-3 tablespoon Water

Instructions 

  1. Mash chickpeas in a bowl.
  2. Add onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form mixture into patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook patties until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. For tahini sauce, mix tahini, lemon juice, and water until smooth.
  6. Serve patties with tahini sauce.
