  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pieces whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup sliced red onions
  • ½ cup vegan yogurt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add chickpeas and spices. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Warm the wraps in a dry skillet or microwave.
  4. 4. Assemble the wraps: spread a layer of vegan yogurt, add chickpeas, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.
  5. 5. Roll up the wraps and serve immediately.
