Instructions
In a bowl, mash chickpeas until mostly smooth.
Add spinach, onion, garlic, flour, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Form mixture into small patties.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
