Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mash chickpeas until mostly smooth.
  2. Add spinach, onion, garlic, flour, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form mixture into small patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
