Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 2 cups Spinach fresh
- 1 small Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, spinach, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, olive oil, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until well combined but still slightly chunky.
2. Form the mixture into patties.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
4. Serve warm with your favorite sauce or in a bun as a burger.
