Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Parsley

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well combined but still slightly chunky.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the chopped parsley.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
