Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 4 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 cup Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add chickpeas, cumin, and paprika. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Mash chickpeas slightly with a spatula.
  5. 5. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  6. 6. Warm tortillas in a separate pan.
  7. 7. Assemble wraps with chickpea mixture, lettuce, and tomatoes.
  8. 8. Serve immediately.
