Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
3. Add chickpeas, cumin, and paprika. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
4. Mash chickpeas slightly with a spatula.
5. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
6. Warm tortillas in a separate pan.
7. Assemble wraps with chickpea mixture, lettuce, and tomatoes.
8. Serve immediately.
