  • ½ cup Popcorn kernels
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot with a lid.
  3. Shake the pot occasionally to prevent burning.
  4. Once popping slows down, remove from heat.
  5. Transfer popcorn to a mixing bowl.
  6. Sprinkle with chili powder, lime zest, and salt. Toss to coat evenly.
