- ½ cup Popcorn kernels
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Lime zest
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot with a lid.
Shake the pot occasionally to prevent burning.
Once popping slows down, remove from heat.
Transfer popcorn to a mixing bowl.
Sprinkle with chili powder, lime zest, and salt. Toss to coat evenly.
