Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cups canned tomatoes
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the minced garlic and diced bell pepper, cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the canned tomatoes, vegetable broth, black beans, and kidney beans.
  5. 5. Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  6. 6. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
