  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • as needed Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions 

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss shrimp in the spice mixture until well coated.
  4. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
  5. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until opaque and cooked through.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges.
