- 1 cup fresh parsley finely chopped
- ½ cup fresh cilantro finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
Combine parsley, cilantro, and garlic in a bowl.
Add olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
