Main Ingredients
- 1 head Chinese cabbage shredded
- 2 carrots Carrots julienned
- 1 cup Green onions chopped
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded Chinese cabbage, julienned carrots, and chopped green onions.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to combine.
Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
