Instructions
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
Add tofu, cook until golden brown.
Add mixed vegetables, cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add cooked rice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
