Dough
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Instant yeast
- ½ cup Warm water
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and yeast.
Gradually add warm water and vegetable oil. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Punch down the dough and divide it into 8 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball.
Place the buns in a steamer lined with parchment paper. Let them rise for another 15 minutes.
Steam the buns over medium heat for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
