Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g vermicelli rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Soak vermicelli noodles in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add carrot and bell pepper, cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Toss to combine.
  6. Add bean sprouts and green onions, cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
