Instructions
Soak vermicelli noodles in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add carrot and bell pepper, cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Toss to combine.
Add bean sprouts and green onions, cook for another 2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
