Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced
  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Snow Peas trimmed
  • 1 cup Bok Choy chopped
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the carrots, snow peas, bok choy, and mushrooms. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
