Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Raw Cashews soaked in water for at least 4 hours
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Chipotle Powder

Instructions 

  1. 1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  2. 2. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  3. 3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. 4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to a week.
