- 1 cup Almonds raw
- 1 cup Medjool Dates pitted
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 1 scoop Vegan Protein Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch Salt
1. Add almonds to a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
2. Add dates, cocoa powder, protein powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Process until mixture is well combined and sticky.
3. Roll the mixture into 12 balls and place them in a mixing bowl.
4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
