Main Ingredients
- 2 large Avocados ripe
- ¼ cup Cocoa powder unsweetened
- ¼ cup Maple syrup
- ¼ cup Almond milk or any plant-based milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 pinch Salt
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Divide the mousse into serving bowls and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
