  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add vegetable oil, water, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let it cool before cutting into squares.
