- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Vegan chocolate chips
- 1 cup Almond milk
- ½ cup Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add the almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined.
Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
Divide the batter evenly into a muffin tin lined with paper liners.
Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
