Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa, cooked
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cooked quinoa, rolled oats, almond butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
  4. Press mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
