  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup vegan butter, softened
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon almond milk
  • 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together vegan butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add vanilla extract and almond milk to the butter mixture.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
  6. Fold in vegan chocolate chips and walnuts.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
  9. Let cool on a wire rack.
