- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
- ¼ cup vegan chocolate chips
Mix oats, coconut milk, cocoa powder, and maple syrup in a bowl.
Stir in shredded coconut and chocolate chips.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Serve chilled.
