Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup Vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup Almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the sugar, vegetable oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  5. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls, then roll each ball in powdered sugar to coat.
  6. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cookies have spread and cracked.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
