Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together cocoa powder and sugar.
In a saucepan, heat almond milk over medium heat until warm.
Gradually add the cocoa mixture to the almond milk, whisking continuously.
Continue to cook and stir until the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Serve warm or let it cool and refrigerate for a chilled treat.
