Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g vegan butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 200 ml almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Melt the chocolate and vegan butter together.
  3. In a bowl, mix sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
  4. Add almond milk and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
  5. Combine with the melted chocolate mixture.
  6. Pour into greased molds.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.
