  • 0.5 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruit for dipping (strawberries, bananas, etc.)

Instructions 

  1. Heat coconut milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it simmers.
  2. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, stirring until melted.
  3. Stir in maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  4. Transfer to a fondue pot and serve with fresh fruit.
