- 2 cups Coconut Milk full-fat
- 1 cup Coconut Cream
- ½ cup Cocoa Powder
- ¾ cup Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Brownie Chunks vegan
1. Blend coconut milk, coconut cream, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
3. Once churned, fold in the brownie chunks.
4. Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
