  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions 

  1. Mix peanut butter and maple syrup in a bowl.
  2. Add rolled oats and mix well.
  3. Press the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Melt dark chocolate chips in the microwave and spread over the mixture.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
