- 1 cup Vegan chocolate chips
- ½ cup Peanut butter smooth
- 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Melt the vegan chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner, spreading it slightly up the sides. Freeze for 10 minutes.
In another bowl, mix peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
Spoon a small amount of the peanut butter mixture into each chocolate cup, then cover with more melted chocolate.
Freeze for another 10 minutes or until set.
